Shipping and Delivery

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Teaflakes provides absolutely free domestic shipping on all orders above Rs. 300/-, irrespective of where you live! Our domestic shipping is handled by our logistics partners Fed Ex, BlueDart, Aramex, DHL and Delhivery. We are working on adding more logistics partners so we can cover a wider area and provide multiple delivery options. We target to have your products delivered to you within 7 working days of you placing the order, however sometimes it might take longer. Delivery times can also be impacted by holidays, severe weather, strikes or bandhsand might be affected because of Covid19

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

We are proud to state that we offer Cash on Delivery services for our customers. Cash on Delivery is charged at no extra cost  and is available for select pin codes. If you do not see a COD shipping method then your postal code will not be eligible for Cash on Delivery. We are constantly working on increasing our coverage of COD orders across India.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We are working to get international shipping up and running soon – drop us your interest at hello@teaflakes.com and we will try and add your country to our list as soon as possible!

ORDER STATUS UPDATES AND TRACKING:

You can log into account to check for updates regarding your orders, and to track the order delivery. We use the following tags to denote the status of your order:

  • New: This order has been placed by the customer, and needs to be processed
  • Processing: The order has started processing – this will now be printed as per requirements and packaged
  • Shipped: The order has been completed and dispatched by Teaflkes, and is on its way to you! You can track the order using the tracking information provided in your account or in the email
  • On Hold: The order has been put on hold. This could be due to a specific request by you, or because we need more information, or have some technical difficulty. You can reach out to us using the Contact Us section to find out more about your order
  • Cancelled: This order was cancelled, either by the user or by Teaflakes. If you want more information about this, please contact us.
  • Returned: This order was returned to Teaflakes after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts at the address you provided. Please contact us for more information and to decide how to proceed with redelivery and the extra charge

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, but once they are dispatched, cancellations or modifications will not be possible. 
To cancel your order, please email us with your order number on help@teaflakes.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
