For Loose Leaf
Note: Do not boil water with tea leaves in it. It may cause the tea to taste bitter.
Take 1 tsp or 2g of tea for each 150 ml of water. Use tea infuser or teapot for convenience.
Bring the water to a boil separately and let it cool down for 2 minutes such that the water temperature is 100°C.
leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes.
Infused with the taste of multiple spices, this chai is definitely an indulgent and flavourful one. Usually it’s the base of black tea, but what makes it even more delicious is the milky and creamy taste. However, inclusion of spices will make it bitter yet tasty.
